The CRU has today, 10th September 2021, published its decision relating to financial incentives for Irish Water. In December 2020, the CRU published a consultation seeking the views of the public on the incentives set out in the CRU’s decision on Irish Water’s Revenue Control 3 (RC3).
This decision paper sets out the mechanisms for the following three RC3 incentives schemes:
– Non-Domestic Efficient Billing
– Non-Domestic Billing Correction
– Leakage Reduction
